1. Shipping and Delivery
For India orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1 to 2 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 5 – 7 business days. For locations which are in the interiors or difficult coverage area, this may take between 10-12 working days
ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BETWEEN 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Monday – Saturday or as coordinated with courier agency team. Excluding public holidays.Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery and the courier agency may request OTP (shared on registered number for delivery) at the time of delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e., a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However, Liltoothsy takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person. Liltoothsy’s not responsible for damage after delivery.
For any complaints with regards to your order please contact Customer Care within 2 business days of your order delivery for resolution.
The recipient is required to contact the courier agency directly using provided shipping details for any delay or reschedule or any other delivery related concern once the product is shipped from Liltoothsy’s warehouse.
Incorrect or inaccurate shipping details provided by the recipient will incur additional shipping charges and may not follow the estimated timeline, the customer needs to contact customer care to provide correct details.
As soon as the shipment is received, customers are requested to check the contents and report to us any discrepancy with the photo images.
Modification / Cancellations to Order: An order placed cannot be modified. Similarly, if the customer desires so, an order can be cancelled before shipment. Once it is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. We do not accept any returns, except in circumstances where a wrong product may have been sent as compared to the order placed by the customer.
2. Shipping Charges
For Delhi NCR Orders: We ship products throughout India and all orders of with delivery in Delhi NCR qualify for free shipping. However, there is a flat shipping charge of Rs. 150 if your delivery is beyond the Delhi NCR region.
3. Returns and refunds
At Liltoothsy, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
The exception to the above rule is that, when goods are in an unusable condition or wrong product sent or lost in transit, we will replace them with a new product as early as possible.
Liltoothsy is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item may be eligible for return within 2 days from the date of Product Delivery if it fulfils any of the following conditions:
